Here is the Fox Theater in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, which is right in the middle of the state. The Fox has been closed for some years and the people who own it refuse to sell it.

Fox Theatre
Detroit, MI

The Fox Theatre in Detroit, MI was built in 1928 and was one of the first movie palaces to have live sound. Opening day was September 21, 1928 for this Fox, which was the first of the Fox theatres and known as the largest. Check out the facade of this lavish theatre, restored in 1988. The Fox is a National HIstoric Landmark. More info can be found here. 01-07
