An excellent place for food in Vernal is the Polar King. This old fashioned fast food joint is a good place to go when your both hungry for food and signage. And how can you resist this character gracing the sign.

Arctic Circle

Here's a nice shot of the Arctic Circle in Twin Falls, ID. The Arctic Circle was originated in 1924, though the Arctic Circle name wasn't used until 1950. Nowadays, a Arctic Circle restaurant can be found across the West. More info can be found at the Arctic Circle Restaurant site.

Griff's Burger

Here are a couple of shots of a classic hamburger stand, Griff's Hamburgers of Denver, CO.

The Griff's building is interesting in that the front part (addition) is a traditional rectangular shape that sits in front of what looks to be an A-framed original building.
