Here's a nice neon shot of the Supai Motel sign in Seligman, AZ.
The bright boomerang arrow of the Route 66 Motel shines brightly to the Route 66 travelers along the Mother Road.
Along the 66 in Williams is the Highlander Motel and its brightly lit sign and facade.
The sign outside for the Amazon Motel stands tall off the Miracle Mile.
Here's a neon shot of the Tucson Inn marquee, still lighting up the street after all of these years. Check out the daytime shot of this sign below.
The Relax Inn Motel in Phoenix lights up the sky, one of the few roadside motels still lit up on this old boulevard. It's always a shame to see a roadside corridor that has lots much of its magic.

Here's a neon marquee sign for the Hiway Host Motel. This sign still lights up at night.
How about this neon shot of a swimmer hitting the water. Swimmer neon marquees in the desert used to appeal to the hot and weary traveler looking for a mirage or oasis to cool off for the evening.

The Sun Land Motel in Tucson is another of the old motor courts that has turned to weekly rates to survive. Check out the neon sign on this one.
The Ghost Ranch Lodge along the Miracle Mile in Tucson can be a welcome sight in the wee hours of the morning. However, be prepared to show ID. The Ghost Ranch Lodge was built in 1941 on about 8 acres of land. UPDATE 03/06 : The Ghost Ranch Lodge closed down in 2005 to become senior housing. Not sure of the fate of the grand neon sign. 03-06
