Check out the facade for this apartment building located in Santa Monica. Another treasure still remaining from a bygone era.
The Kahlua Apartments features a large tiki in it front greeting tenants and visitors alike.
In the old days tiki's were used both at the front of apartment buildings as well as siding decor.

The Tahitian Village Apartments in Northridge features two mirror image A-frames facing each other.
The Trade Winds is a relatively nondescript looking tiki apartment. At least it has a cool name.
This apartment building still features its A-frame and trimming in fine form. Colby Kai The Colby Kai, found in Claremont, sport a tiki entranceway.
