This car wash located in the San Fernando Valley sports the tail fins of its generation and even features a big smile on the marquee.
As you travel through San Bernardino, check out the tall sign for the Miracle Mile Car Wash. This is home to a very nice looking sign with flashing lights at night.
Check out the multi-colored fins on the Sparkle Car Wash in San Bernardino, CA. The colors on the boomerang fins stand out to motorists chugging along this road.
This car wash is located right outside of Warner Bros Studios and just down the way from the famous Bob's Big Boy in Toluca Lake. 10-05
This old jet age car wash called Premier Car Wash is located in Encino, CA. 03-06
The Hollypark Car Wash is an old car wash located in Inglewood. The name fits as its located somewhat near to the Hollywood Park track. 04-06
This car wash once featured a fine lookin' facade alongside its space age spires. Unfortunately, this one was defeated by the test of time and is now an empty lot.

Check out the Hollywood Riviera! The concrete block looks identical
to the Ambassador College "honeycomb" buildings! This is on
Pacific Coast Highway near the area known as the "Hollywood Riviera"...east
of Redondo Beach, almost into Palos Verdes.
The Lakeside Car Wash in Burbank is a roadside treasure to some who enjoy its wood and lava rock design. 
Here are a couple of additional shots of the Magic Car Wash in Los Angeles. The arches curving over the circular letters lend a feel of an old automobile bouncing along a road. Unfortunately, the Magic Car Wash and its sign and arches was torn down several years ago. 04-06
