Here's the blade marquee for the Strand Theatre in Rockland, ME. According to the Strand Theatre website, the theatre has been in business since 1923 and underwent a historic restoration in 2004-2005, including updating with new sound and projection equipment. The Strand, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is home to both film and stage p productions. 09-10

The Shore Theatre is a well known building in Coney Island. Built in 1925, the Shore was originally known by the community as Loew's Coney Island, serving up both movie and vaudeville entertainment.
