The Mint Bar
Sheridan, WY
RM Taverns | Hole 'n the Rock | RM Eateries Main

A must stop on any road trip through Wyoming is the town of Sheridan. Like many of Wyoming's towns, Sheridan is home to an old main street with mom and pop shops. Along the main drag through town, a familiar sign will catch your eye.

Yes, it's The Mint Bar with its neon sign seen in many photographs and publications.

The Mint Bar started up as the Mint Saloon back in 1907. In its day, the Mint was home to a saloon, brothel, casino, and town center. Now, the bucking bronco neon sign and the catch phrase of "See ya at the Mint" survives to this day.
