Virginia City is an abandoned and up for sale theme park north of Wytheville, VA on Highway 52. The asking price for this place is only $1.5 million!

According to Roadside America, Virginia City opened back in the 1960s as Dry Gulch Junction and survived until the interstate bypassed the place. This town with the old west theme was renovated after the theme park had been closed for about 20 years.
