On the far west side of Hollywood Boulevard, though not more than a block or two away from the Chinese is General Cinema's Hollywood Galaxy Theatre. Recently renovated, you wouldn't be able to miss the neon blue globe and theatre signage while walking or driving down Hollywood Boulevard at night. A multiplex, the Galaxy is a contradiction to its venerable single-screen neighbors.
