Check out this neon sign for the Seven to Eleven Food Store. Found in Gallup, NM, this neon sign appears to be a close cousin to the 7 Eleven food stores that dot across the Southwest. The neon on this sign is a nice beacon along the old 66. 11-20

Uptown Plaza

Check out the Uptown Plaza sign in Gallup. Located right off of Route 66, the Uptown Sign used to be a sight to behold as folks heading west got close to the area around the El Rancho Hotel.
Unfortunately, the Uptown Plaza is yet another old sign that was removed and replaced with a back lit plastic sign several years ago. 11-20
