For Route 66 aficionados, Groom Texas is known for its famous leaning water tower. The Britten USA Water Tower is different from the others you pass while on the highway because it leans to the side. Word is the leaning effect was purposely set up to get motorists to pull over off the fast interstate and visit the town. 02-07
