Latchis Hotel

The Latchis Hotel is part of the Latchis Memorial Building, located in Brattleboro, VT. The 60 room hotel, ballroom, coffee shop, and movie palace is an Art Deco landmark that's registered on the National Register of Historic Places. The building was purchased in March 2003 by the Brattleboro Arts Initiative, who in partnership with the Preservation Trust of Vermont, is progressively working towards restoring the building.
