Tiki Main | Kahiki | Sit Down Midwest | Midwest Main

The Kahiki Restaurant in Columbus, OH was one of the few remaining vintage tiki treasures left on the mainland. Unfortunately, the Kahiki was bulldozed over by a Walgreen's expansion effort, leaving this historic treasure just a memory. The following are photos of the Kahiki, courtesy Dirk Burhans. 03-01

UPDATE 04/08 : According to the Kahiki website, the Kahiki Supper Club restaurant had opened in 1961 and had served millions until closing in 2000. Today, the Kahiki is a producer providing foods for supermarkets and stores. 04-08
