Unfortunately, the restaurant is no more.
This strongman is located at the Master Muffler in Layton, UT. Master Mufflers is a chain of muffler shops that can be found across Utah. At just about all of the locations, this friendly yet strong fella can be found carrying a shock absorber in one hand and a muffler sign in the other.
