Formerly the "best restaurant in town", Mister A's resides in a mid-century building that looks like an old office building.

Looking for a Chinese meal? Give the Limehouse Restaurant on Mission Bay Dr. a try. Haven't heard anything about the food, but the marquee outside ain't a bad sight to look at. Try doing take-out and eat in the parking lot in front of the sign. Watch out, Sea World!

An interesting place to eat at is Rudford's Restaurant off El Cajon Boulevard. Just check out the entrance way and windows. This the type of roadside restaurant that could have been a part of a movie set.

In the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego is the Pernicano's di Baffi Restaurant. Sporting interesting lettering, the Pernicano's may be a place to be for pasta and fun.
