The former Sheraton Townhouse Hotel is an old historic Los Angeles hotel that is being developed into high-rise housing. The Townhouse, which was originally built in the 1920's, was a luxury hotel back in the day and hosted many a movie star. 03-06

Aztec Hotel

The Aztec Hotel along Route 66 in Azusa is a landmark along the Mother Road. According to the Pasadena Star-News, the Aztec will be restored to its original culture and theme by its owner and will be closed for a few weeks in July 2007. The California Route 66 Preservation Foundation will be contributing $50,000 to the restoration of the hotel. The Aztec is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 06-07
