A Hollywood History museum has been in the plans for the site of the Max Factor Building for the past few years. Hopefully it'll open sometime in 2002 or 2003. By the way, the Max Factor museum is closed.

The marquee for the Max Factor still stands tall near Hollywood Boulevard.

Check out the streamline moderne look of this former shopping center along Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.

The Crossroads of the World has been quiet in recent days, not quite a shopping mecca anymore.
