The Coyle Theatre

Here's the blade marquee for the Coyle Theatre of Charleroi, PA. Built in the early 1900's, the theatre closed down in 1999. Word is there is work underway to restore this theatre. 06-06

Latchis Theatre
Brattleboro, VT

The Latchis Theater is part of the Latchis Memorial Building, located in Brattleboro, VT. The 60 room hotel, ballroom, coffee shop, and movie palace is an Art Deco landmark that's registered on the National Register of Historic Places. The building was purchased in March 2003 by the Brattleboro Arts Initiative, who in partnership with the Preservation Trust of Vermont, is progressively working towards restoring the building. This eye-catching theatre is the Campus Theatre, located in Lewisburg, PA. Open since 1941, the Campus shows first run independent, art, and foreign films. More information can be found at the Campus Theatre site. 10-07


Colonial Theatre
Belfast, ME

The Colonial Theatre has been providing entertainment to Belfast, Maine since 1912. When a fire destroyed the original building, the present art deco building was constructed in 1924. Movies continue to be shown at the Colonial with more information found at the Colonial Theatre site. 10-07
