Just off the 99 near Kingsburg, CA is the Riverland Motel and its tall neon sign. A friendly and familiar sight, this marquee served
as sort of a beacon to those traveling up an down the 99. At least it
was. The Riverland Motel is still here. This marquee is not. Yes... it's
true. It's been backlit plasticized.
Del Mar Motel

well at least a third of the letters, along the road. And yes, color TV
can be found here.
