Check out this nice neon image of the Courtesy Coffee Shop, still lit up after all of these years. However, there was a strange jelly fish like topping above the crown that has come down off the sign in recent years.

International Cafe (Gone)
Yermo, CA

Here's the International Cafe in Yermo, CA as dusk begins to set. The cafe is open with cars arriving to chow down on some hot hearty meals.

The International Cafe was built in 1965 and has been a real eye-catcher for those passing off the I-15. The cafe closed down several years ago and had fallen into disrepair.

Unfortunately, the vacant restaurant burned to the ground on August 22, 2008. According to the Desert Dispatch, the International Cafe was "destroyed by a suspicious fire of undetermined cause".

The trip on the interstate between Los Angeles and Las Vegas just got a little lonelier. 12-08
