Auto Dealerships Southern California

The Majestic Pontiac was once a happening car dealership in the Crenshaw District. Now boarded up and sitting next to the recently shut down Holiday Bowl, its future is very much in doubt.

UPDATE 08/08 : The sign has been changed and now sits as part of a revitalization of that corner and has a Denny's and Walgreen's facing Crenshaw.  The old coffee shop has been upscaled to a Starbucks.  Many thanks to Meiling Lee for update. 08-08

Albertson Oldsmobile
Culver City, CA

The Albertson Oldsmobile was a dealership that dated back to the mid-century. The site even had a rocket strategically placed next to its offices. Unfortunately, the dealership closed down during the downturn in the car industry and all that's left now are vacant buildings. And yes, the rocket is now gone. 08-13
