Here's another unique motel marquee that still graces the area around the Vegas strip. This motel with its swooping star must've been quite a sight to see when the neon was still working.

Apartment Motel

Not sure if this one is name the Apartment Motel or if the sign is just advertising another converted motel/apt. In either case, the sign is cool with two sharp boomerangs in its makeup.

Villa Inn Motel

The Villa Inn Motel in Las Vegas is located at the north end of Las Vegas Boulevard near downtown. The signage is still eye-catching though it was redone in recent years. 12-07

Gateway Motel

The Gateway Motel is located just north of the main part of the strip. There’s a sign up at the Gateway Motel saying that it’s the future site of a high-rise condo/commercial building.  The Gateway is still there but is dwarfed by a new building next to it. 12-07

Fun City Motel

Off Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara is this old sign that appears to once been part of the Fun City Motel complex. The sign was covered over with some sort of business but lately that covering has been stripping off exposing the former Fun City signage. 12-07
