Built in 1961, the Landmark Hotel finally opened for business in 1969. Featuring an observation tower with a 360 degree view, the Landmark faced mixed reviews until it closed in 1990. The Landmark was imploded in 1995 and is now an empty lot. 11-05
Here's the neon of the 4 Queens front facade as it glowed prior to the installation of the Fremont Street Experience canopy. This casino has been around since 1966. 11-05
Check out this shot of Glitter Gulch lit up and Sassy Sally blushing in full neon. This shot taken in 1990 shows how the neon stood out before the canopy was installed on Fremont Street. 11-05

Binion's Horseshoe closed its doors in January of 2004 and was purchased by Harrah's. Binion's then lost the Horseshoe name and the World Series of Poker rights, and is currently Binion's Gambling Hall. 11-05
Here's another shot of Binion's Horseshoe, taken in 2005. The neon above the front entranceway has changed. These days, the Horseshoe and name have been removed. 01-07
Check out this shot of the old marquee that used to grace the Flamingo Hilton, off Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. The Flamingo name was removed a few years ago and hotel is today just called the Hilton. 01-07
