Here's an old roadside gem. This Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is one of the originals and is located in Chattanooga, TN. 06-06 Cream City Ice Cream The old Cream City Ice Cream factory is now a converted retail strip center in downtown Cookeville, TN. However the old neon building sign is still on the roof as a reminder of days past. Word is the old sign is still lit up on occasion. 08-06
Our longtime Krispy Kreme store (long before it was a well-known company) located at the corner of Pine Ave. and Slappey Blvd. The old sign has been replaced, but the KK crown still sits on top of the building. 09-06
The Peach Pit Ice Cream in Ellerbe, NC, looks like a caboose. 02-07
Jerry's Sno Cones in Memphis, TN is a colorfully painted Ice Cream shop. One of the scenes from the movie "Great Balls of Fire" was filmed here. 09-06
