Visalia is home to the Kerr Rug Co. and its dueling marquees.
The vertical blade sign for Komoto's Department Store in Fresno still advertises off the roadside. Not sure if this store is still open these days.
Not quite sure what this sign advertises these day, a good example of a faded reused sign growing old with time.
This sign simply states cooled by refrigeration.
When in Visalia, stop by and check out the sign for Franey's Floor Coverings.
Here's another old sign advertising Charlie's Shoe Shop in Visalia.
Delano is home to the camera store called Dailey's which is located on a busy main thoroughfare through town. Now that's a play on words.
This sign points the way into the La Cucaracha in Fresno.
Canby's Looking for appliances, heating, etc? Then check out this building for Canby's in Tulare. Not quite sure what the purpose of this hole in the middle of the main marquee atop the roof is though.
