The Cay Health Foods features an old sign along the main drag in Bakersfield.
The horse marks the spot of the Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital. This horse can be seen for blocks away and it sort of a roadside icon of sorts in the Bakersfield area. (Below) The Bakersfield Hydraulic in Bakersfield features signage of the somewhat common green color of the area. This sign looks like it was quite a sight when the neon worked.
Leon's Bail Bonds appears to be a welcome sight off a busy boulevard as you head into downtown Bakersfield. How cozy, get bail at a barn.

Unfortunately, word is that this Greyhound station may be moved to make way for a hotel proposal. If this goes through, it is unsure what would happen to this grand marquee. 02-06

This colorful sign is for the Arrow Electric Motor service in Fresno, CA. Check out how the "arrow" name also incorporates a neon arrow. 02-06
