character on its marquee. Not sure what the neon lit guy on the sign is doing. perhaps smoking something while waiting for his pastry?
UPDATE 09/15 : The Artesia Bakery closed down sometime in early 2010. The neon sign was removed and garment store is now in its place. 09-15
