Check out the vintage looking drive-in eatery called Fran's Drive-in Burgers. This Austin burger place opened in 1973 as Dan’s Hamburgers. The eatery features rockabilly at times to keep the 50s rolling.
Unfortunately, Fran's like many other eateries has met its demise and the place shut down in April 2013 after the family decided to not renew the property's lease. The location is now home to Torchy's Tacos. The building for Torchy's is really eye-catching to see and the food is great too. Well, that's material for the Torchy's post. 11 - 20
