Miller Blueprint Co. (Gone)

Here is the Miller Blueprint Co. sign in Austin, TX all lit up to capture the attention of customers looking for color copies and art supplies. The Miller Blueprint business dates back to 1920 at its location on 501 S. 6th Street.
Unfortunately, the Miller business shut down its store on 6th and moved to a new location around 2014. The new location is now home to a bowling alley, a Japanese Restaurant and a nightclub. The Miller Blueprint Co. neon no longer glows here along the main drag 6th Street in Austin. 11-20
The Light Bulb Shop (Closed)

The Light Bulb Shop has brought a smile to locals and travelers alike with its soon to be iconic sign on top of the front entrance. The Light Bulb Shop became a business around 1980 and opened the doors on its Austin location at 6318 Burnet Road in 2001.
Unfortunately this store has been hard hit by higher property taxes and increased competition for light bulbs in recent years. So like many other venerable Austin businesses, the shop shut down its location on Burnet Road in 2018.

Check out the neon sign for the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant in Austin, TX. The sign looks like it was designed in the past 20 years. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed down around 2010. 11-20
