This friendly alligator greets visitors passing through on the way to the Jubilee Casino near Biloxi, MS. At least, that used to be the scene. The Jubilee closed down in the late 1990's and this marquee is all that's left of this casino at this site. The casino reopened in another location.
Check out this sign for the Dutch Mill in Lexington, KY. The neon on this eye-catching sign appears to be dropping off.

The clock is still ticking on the marquee for the J.W. Davis Builder real estate location in Lexington. Not sure if this is the original business at this location, though the "time to buy" clock is still connected at the sign's base.

Here's a rather fine sign in Berea, KY. This marquee for the L. Marion Oliver Insurance features detailed lettering. Not sure if the neon on this sign still works these days.
