Who says doing laundry can not be a soap opera? Well, in Nashville, TN, this laundry location sure does. Check out the bubbles on the Soap Opera Laundry sign. 06-06
This rooftop sign is for Drake Hardware in Nashville. Found off an old pike, the Drake Hardware sign looks rather weatherbeaten these days. 06-06
Simpson's Florist is home to this old roadside sign in Decatur, GA. 06-06
This sign advertises the Chattanooga landmark Rock City off an old business route. Check out Rock City if you want to listen to this bluebird. 06-06
This wall mural was painted in the dining room of one of the Crumpy's Hot Wings locations. Less than two weeks after this photo was taken, the location closed. There are still several Crumpy's (it's a family owned business) but I don't think any of them have this painted mural. As a side note, this location is now a Dyer's Cafe, which features deep fried hamburgers. Here is a picture of the neon Dyer's sign from the downtown location. This particular location does not have a neon sign. 07-06
